Jessica is an advocate for natural childbirth and for the best care of mothers and babies through pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding. As a doula, she helps mothers with their physical comfort during labor, uses techniques to help labor progress effectively, and gives the essential emotional support mothers and fathers need during labor. Her presence is calming and reassuring as she gives birthing families the confidence they need to understand what is happening in their labor and work together with their birth team. No matter what kind of birth choices her clients make, Jessica is helpful and supportive so the parents can look back on a joyful experience. Jessica is an experienced childbirth educator with the Bradley Method® of Childbirth and is certified through CAPPA as a labor doula. She attends births at hospitals and at home. She is a homeschooling mother of two sons who has given birth to both children naturally.
